Main site for Repair and Exchange PlayStation products. Customers can request repairs, track progress and troubleshoot frequent problems using Knowledge and Experience Cloud.
EinsteinGPT Demo
A demo built for Salesforce Dreamforce23 which shows Prompt Builder use cases. It was product of research on LLM use cases before Agentforce became a product. Build with NextJS.
PlayStation Support Website
Main autoservice site for PlayStation customers. Solution includes account management, data governance and case creation. Build with Salesforce (Communities and Apex) and Adobe Analytics.
Time Off Calendar Manager
I build many internal tools for employee management (calendar, project tracking, office access). I have worked with Apex, open source JS libraries and REST services.
Slack bots
I build a set of Slack apps for internal use (on Salesforce and Oktana) that automates business tasks. Some uses cases includes alerts from external systems, support redirections with NLP and AI + RAG.
